The Patio series models are designed for those who are looking for a compact hot tub, perfect for those restricted to access or space. Although these models are smaller than the other British Hot Tubs, what is important is there is no compromise on guarantees, hydrotherapy benefits and features. Most of the hot tubs in this series are around 86cm in height, so are likely to get into the garden easier than the deeper models when turned on their side. The Patio series models can also run off an existing 16amp supply, meaning customers can save on costs for an electrician.
The Prime series models are deeper than most in the Patio series, at around 92cm in height. They are also larger, giving you more space inside the hot tub. Bathers benefit from feeling more immersed in the bathing area, as well as having a larger footwell and more multi-level seating - designed to suit all shapes and sizes. As you go up the series you get bigger pumps and more jets, as well as a touchscreen control panel, and powerful typhoon jet in the footwell of the hot tub for an invigorating foot massage. These models will need a 32amp supply.
The Premium series models are considered the best in their class, with a range of beautiful shapes and sizes to choose from seating up to 12 people. These models also have the addition of an extra pump (may be more subject to model) meaning more power, whereas the Patio & Prime series only have two pumps. As well as this, the hot tubs in this series are bigger internally so there is a lot more space to relax and socialise, as well as having a larger footwell. When you get into the Premium range, you also get the option of having 2 hydrotherapy lounger beds in your hot tub, which is not available in the other ranges. These models will need a 32amp supply.

We spoke to Lewis, he was very knowledgeable and advised us on ordering their new British Hot Tubs Westwood. Daniel, the service manager, and the girls in customer service were excellent and very professional. Well, our tub has finally arrived, and it has the WOW-factor, the quality is far above my expectations and these really are well finished and look twice the price. Last August we visited Award Leisure, and had a very informative discussion with Julia, who was extremely helpful. We were impressed with the quality of the hot tubs, and the knowledge that Julia had, so we placed an order. Aaron and his assistant who installed the hot tub were excellent. The hot tub was installed exactly as we requested and duly commissioned. Aaron spent considerable time explaining all aspects of the controls and set up the hot tub for us. He then explained the chemicals required to keep the hot tub in good order and left us adequate time for questions. All is working well, and we are delighted with the service and assistance that Award Leisure continue to demonstrate.
